The Peer Mentoring Scheme is a befriending and support service for clients who are experiencing mental health problems. The scheme matches clients with volunteers, known as Peer Mentors, who have experienced their own mental health problems in the past.

Peer Mentors spend time with clients, enjoying a variety of activities such as going for a coffee or visiting the park. This support enables our clients to build their confidence and social skills, which positively impacts their mental health.
